The condo is located on the ground floor surrounded by the lush gardens, just a few steps away from the serene views of the Pacific Ocean. 

"Lush Garden Island Condo" is located in the historic town of Kapaʻa, Kauai - Kapaʻa has a small town feel and the resort is within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques, shopping and grocery stores. And if you’re there on the first Saturday of the month, Kapaʻa features live music, local crafts and food. You can rent bicycles right next door to the building and its located within 5 minutes from all water activities; canoeing, kayaking, surfing, etc...

There are many amenities and activities on site. Tennis, basketball, exercise room, shuffle board, horse shoes, mini golf, croquet court, board games, just to name a few.
